The students who are qualified to write the mop-up examinations as per the guidelines above should thereafter go and register for the courses they are writing in the mop-up examinations in their respective departments at no other cost than what they had already paid in No 4 above

In-view of the time needed to go through the process above, the mop up examinations would start from 27 September, 2021.

Since two semesters are involved, the examinations shall take place as follows:

The 1st Semester mop-up examinations will run from 27th September- 2nd October, 2021

The 2nd Semester mop-up examinations will hold from 4th October – 9th October 2021

Each Department will through the Office of the Head of Department and Time-Table Officer draw up time tables for the First Semester and Second Semester mop up examinations for their courses

The timetable for both examinations will be out not later than 13 September, 2021. This is to enable the students revise properly for the examinations.

The Heads of Departments should ask the immediate last Lecturer who taught the course to examine all the students in that course.

The time table will make provision for all courses in the First and Second Semesters. The examinations should be neatly separated and would not run concurrently as this may adversely affect those who may have need to write examinations in both Semesters.

It is expected that all concerned will take necessary steps to give effect to these directives.
